She soon noticed a significant under-representation for men in yoga photos. She set out to rectify this. She began to see yoga for men as more then just a body part. These images show a variety and range of poses performed by men in yoga.

Many men are now sharing their passion for yoga and becoming dedicated practitioners. David Beckham, for example, discovered yoga when he was feeling stressed after a hard day at work. Matthew McConaughey as well as Justin Timberlake are also fans of yoga. But they admit to being skeptical at first. Jessica Biel, meanwhile, has been a fan of yoga for many years.

Having recently played the part of a Hollywood lothario in "Sex and the City", Matthew McConaughey is making a comeback as a man of yoga. While the actor isn't the first Hollywood star to embrace yoga, he has been practicing for years. In fact, he started practicing yoga after the birth of his son Levi in 1999, while playing Brazilian music on his iPod.

Justin Timberlake and men who practice yoga go hand in hand Timberlake is a singer/songwriter, actor, and musician who has been free from drugs since 2001. His dedication to the practice led him to incorporate it in his life, including yoga and meditation, as well his relationship with his wife. He has been known to bring his dog to yoga class and cause a stir. Elsa Pataky, his wife and supermodel Elsa Pataky shared a variety of workouts together.

Jessica Biel

The new athleisure brand will feature Jessica Biel and Men of Yoga as the star actress. The capsule collection will debut in stores this fall, and the company is known for its yoga DVDs and props. In-studio yoga classes will be offered in the film. The collaboration with the actress is an excellent introduction to athleisure. She has been a big fan of yoga since childhood.

Adam Levine

Recently, the Maroon 5 frontman dedicated an Instagram photo to yoga. The image shows the singer lying flat on his stomach and showing off his huge abs. Manganese forms an essential part of bone structure. Manganese is found as a component of bone structure in brown rice (spinach, bananas), prunes, raisins and oatmeal.

Zinc is important for healthy growth, reproduction, and wound-healing. Zn is found in lean cuts of meat, white fish, poultry, and eggs.
