FAQ

Can I go to the gym seven days a week?

This will help keep you motivated and give you energy for other activities.

You should also ensure that your meals are well-balanced. This will ensure that you aren't tired and slow when you go to the gym.

And lastly, you need to ensure that there isn't anything else competing for your time. Consider avoiding exercising on school night if you have small children. This will keep your attention from your workout.

How quickly can I transform my body?

Change your mindset is the first step. You have to be willing to change.

Once you have decided that you want to change, then you need to commit yourself to work on your fitness goals for at least 3 months.

You will then need to choose a program that is compatible with your lifestyle.

Realistic expectations are also important. If you're not willing to invest the time and effort required to achieve your goal, then don't buy a gym subscription.

Instead, make use of your time outdoors.

Walk around your block for an hour every day to burn calories and help you lose 1 lb per month.

Now that you have an idea of what you want, start planning how to arrange your life to follow this plan.

This includes making sure that you schedule a time to work out every morning before leaving for work and take breaks throughout the day to move.

Which order is best for working out?

It all depends upon what you are trying to achieve. First, lift heavy weights if you are looking to increase muscle mass. Then move into cardio. For those who want to lose weight or exercise, you can switch from cardio to strength-training.

Start with cardio if you only want to lose fat. Next, add strength training.

Then if you want to gain muscle mass, do cardio last because it stimulates growth hormones which help build muscle mass.

It is important to eat before going to work out. This will give your muscles more fuel, so they work harder. You will feel happier during your workout.
